Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Accessories, manuals, and original packaging should be included.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at guguzi331@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
